Taste Notes

Based on Randy Mosher's Radical Brewing with lowered initial gravity from 1.067 to 1.052 for an easy summer brew. Added lightly toasted wallnuts for a wacky twist. Mash with 1qt of water per lb of malt at 157F for 45 min, raise to 170F to stop conversion. Fermentation first week at 66.5F and second week at 67.5F. Planning on 10 weeks maturation. Carbonation should be light or served as real draught ale.
