Taste Notes
Mild malt flavour, astringent roasted coffee, with a hint of sweetness.Notes
I wanted a dark bitter beer, hence the amount of hops, some of which were slightly out of date, but vac-packed.
Early tasting very promising, nice bitterness, hope it doesn't lose too much with the sugar during carbonation. After 3 weeks, nice white head, good head retention, nice bittersweet after-taste, no overpowering sweetness from carbonation. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
