Notes
Mash temp started too high, adde 0.5 gal of room temp water
After 30 min mash temp too low , 147F
preboil 6.5 gallon, G= 1.040 efficiency low
after boil 5.0 gallon, G = 1.070
in fermenter only 3.5 gallon, lot of troop
fermented at 69F in studio fridge
FG on 6/28 is 1.010, racked to keg, tasts clean
