Notes

Could use more Orange taste. Perhaps use OJ? Needs more of a bite. Perhaps add 1% alcohol booster May need more time in the secondary fermenter. Overall though this is a great beer. Will need to brew again with adjustments. May age in bottles on its own. Best at 1 month. No hydrometer available at this time. Will pick one up soon.
