Notes

This was mashed with the American Wild. Initially we wanted to mash in one tun but the grain/water volume was too large. we ended up splitting the grains between two mash tuns. splits were done by weight. grains were mixed well before splitting but still unsure if the grains could have been improperly balanced. OG 1.058 - 15 Brix
