Notes

1. Mashed for almost 90 min 2. Put in cooler at 60deg F until activity visble (24hours) then set at SP=54deg F 3. 2 packets of dry yeast used. 4. Primary two weeks. Secondary 1 week. 5. Total water neede was 9.5 g, I had 10.5, pay attention next time
