Taste Notes

pulled sample on 7/20 at end of ferment and moderate maturation on yeast. Moderate malty aroma, light herbal note. Sample had some yeast, and a touch of yeast flavor in it. No diacytel, moderate toast and light caramel. Medium bitterness, with moderate herbal hop flavor. Promising!
