Taste Notes
Added 2 teaspoons white flour to the boil to enhance protein haze. Malt selection to keep SRM as light as possible.
Dry hopped for 2 weeks. Whole hops.
One of my favorites...
by mchrispenNormally a bit timid of White IPA with the belgian yeast competing with hops. Next time will dry hop with a bit more citra. May also try with SIMCO instead and see how it pops.
Despite the gravity - this was very drinkable and refreshing!
