Taste Notes

Added 2 teaspoons white flour to the boil to enhance protein haze. Malt selection to keep SRM as light as possible. Dry hopped for 2 weeks. Whole hops.

One of my favorites...

Normally a bit timid of White IPA with the belgian yeast competing with hops. Next time will dry hop with a bit more citra. May also try with SIMCO instead and see how it pops.

Despite the gravity - this was very drinkable and refreshing!
