Notes

Roasted 1 delacatata squash, 1 butternut, 1 sugar pumpkin, and 1 acorn squash. 400 for 1hr. Remove flesh from skins. Total 4.5lbs of wintersquash. Place flesh in hop sack, and soak in run off with first wort hops, steep with wort until wort has reached 180 or so, and enzymes are deactivated.
