OPTION: - 5 lbs, sugar pumpkin cut into 1/4 (scoop out seeds) - Bake on cookie sheet @ 450 (soften/peel/chunk) - ADD at 0 min boil -- Steep for 20 min Primary Ferment between 63-70 degree for 1 week Secondary for 2-3 weeks (The longer racking add better over mouth feel) Bottling 3/4 cup corn sugar
