Notes

Mash @145 degree for 30 min. raise to 154 degrees for 30 min. Add 2 lbs. midnight wheat + 2 lbs. Black Prinz before sparge, (Steep 2 lbs midnight wheat then add 1 lb. Black prinz @ 15 min. add another lb. Blackn prinz @ 25 min. Steep while recirculating for a total time of 45 minutes.) Dry hop on yeast 4 days at 68 degrees, roust after 2 days Dry hop weights are split between 2 carboys
