Notes
Blended WLP670 American Farmhouse Ale with some Jolly Pumpkin buildup we had left over for the inital pitch.
Removed the first 1/2 gallon of wort runoff to add to Pear Wine (described below)
Racked a 5 gallon pear wine from primary, added 1/2 gallon of the Saison wort, and 2 vials of WLP700 Sherry Flor yeast. Will ferment both the beer and wine roughly 3 months, then blend 1/3 wine to 2/3's saison, and bottle condition with a high level of carbonation. Cork and Cage.
