Perfect everyday drinker. Sub in any tropical floral hops and it's always a hit. Swapped Amarillo with Galaxy once, awesome. Swapped it again with mosaic, also awesome. Just a really great recipe. Cheers

Great recipe

I just kegged this today. Brewed about 3 weeks ago. Taste is amazing. Love the juicy hops from all the citra and amarillo. Subbed c10 for Caravienne malt. Brewed 10 gallons. It won't last long.

Brewed 10 gallons in March 2018. Gone early June. I modified a new batch to add Mosaic and Chinook. Kicked up ABV to 6.8% with combination of 2 row and White Wheat. Substituted Caravienne for Crystal 15. Wow! What a difference! Renamed, "Fantasy Island IPA".
