Taste Notes

Very sweet and fruity.

Notes

Very murky. Had to add heaps of hot break/trub into the fermenter to keep volume up. But as it's a Neipa style it's supposed to be hazy. Very muddy when taking of. Seems to have finished at 1013. Cold crashed after 6 days fermenting. Dry Hopped in the keg. Has a smoky type flavour. Too much bitterness. I think the hopstand was too long.
