Notes

~8 gallons for complete BIAB no-sparge 0.24396 gallons per centimeter 7.75 gal = 31.768 cm 5.50 gal = 22.545 cm Check for 2.050 cm (0.5 gal) boiloff after 30 min pH was ~5.4 ATC. Added a touch of phosphoric acid to drop to ~5.3 Ultra-Ferm was added after a few days. Decided to dry hop 2 oz of Hallertau Mittelfruh
