brewday went well was under preboil by 3 point, but ended up....with alot of boil off, 29.5 litres into the fermenter......had problem will chiller, took 60mins to get started.......beersmith said it added 10ibu, we will see.............after boil was up 5 cos of extra boil off, added enough water to can to og...10.58..........32.5 litres, left in fridge to get it down to pitching temp.....pitched big starter us05@ 9am4/8/18 , activity by 5pm, full 2" Krausen at 9am next day. looks good,
