Taste Notes

this was a tastey brew. bottle half and gave away. the hop aroma and flavor faded away after a few weeks. went fast

2.5 oz azacca dry hop is for bright tank the 1.5 is for the primary. water adjustments- all in grams mash gypsum-1 cacl-10 epsom salt (mgso4)-4.6 baking soda-1.3 sparge gypsum-1.3 cacl-13.3 epsom salt mgso4-6.1 baking soda nahco3-1.7
