Taste Notes

7-10-18. After a week in the keg, it’s very tasty. Lots of yeast in suspension but just about right in another week or so if I can leave it alone until then.

Notes

Brew day sucked a little bit. Stuck sparge. Not terrible. Need to adjust the new mill. Hit all of the numbers dead on somehow.
