BJCP Judge: Stephen Hocken (Level-Certified)_ Aroma : A nice moderate aroma of citrus & tropical fruit, good to style. As beer warms, some pleasant malt expression join's the mix. Appearance: Pale golden beer with a light, creamy, off white head that is persistant around the edges translucent. Flavor: Hop forward beer with an appropriate level of bitterness, expressing citrus & floral flavors, well supported by restrained malt sweetness. Fairly dry with long medium bitter finish. Could not detect any off yeast esters. Mouthfeel: Medium carbonation, medium bodied. Refreshing. Overall Impression: A pretty classic American Pale Ale. Excellent hop expression, very well balanced overall. Clean & Refreshing. Score 42/50 BJCP Judge: Bob Teichman (Level-Apprentice) Aroma : Citrusy hop aroma with some complexity. Tropical fruit? Esters not detected. Slight honey malt. Appearance: Slight haze, amber color, creamy head mixed bubbles. Flavor: Moderate hop flavor, moderate bitter finish. Supporing malt nicely, balanced for style. Mouthfeel: Medium body, moderate-high carbonation. Overall Impression: A great beer. hard to offer suggestions on perfection. Perhaps some additional dry hopping would be welcome. Score 46/50
