Taste Notes

2018-04-01 Provsmak, kunde vara mer kolsyra. Lite syrlig. 2018-09-15 Fortfarande helt ok. Några flaskor tidigare (en månad tidigare) var rejält oxiderade.

2018-03-17 Fick 1,043 i OG. Adderade 220g spraymalt i 0,5 liter vatten. OG=1.047 Jäskammare 14.00 pitchat vid ca 22 grader 19.00 nere i 20 grader 2018-03-18 Ingen jäsning ännu, SG=1.042 enl iSpindel Jästen var gammal (sept -17) 2018-03-19 Pitchat ny jäst (jan -18). Kom igång några timmar senare. 2018-03-25 Flaskning. Ca 1 dl starsan sögs ner i hinken. 26 st 0,5 liters flaskor. 4 gram strösocker per flaska.
