burner regulator problem. slow boil sometimes at 210 or lower….. just went with it. higher total volume because of this. YEAST - dregs of Bruery Saison de Lente and Green Flash Rayon Vert (Brett + Saccro) built up a few times. slightly worried about sanitation…
