30nov17-5 days in PH 4.23 want 4.3 this is a good value

go high on sulfate ratio target PH 5.45 got 5.57 which is good mash temp 152 which is good 1.088 fg reading og pre boil 1.044 ph pre boil 5.55 add whirlpool at 120f(drop to 120 whirlpool for 25 min) great brew day no major issues. Low on propane but went out and got some. My efficency is low for some reason. but it is big grain bills.
