Taste Notes

Vannjustering i mesk og skyllevann 2. humletilsetning etter kjølt ned til 80-85 gr og la stå 30 min 3.humletilsetning oppi sammen med gjæren. Tørrhumle etter ca 4 dager, men det ennå er gjæringsaktivitet. Pitch gjær ca 17-18 grader. Kan heve litt opp mot 20-22 underveis i gjæringen
