Taste Notes

Gikk stuck under innmesk på grunn av veldig fin kverning, flaket hvete og ikke risskall, dette gjorde at mesk måtte tømmes ut og rist renses, dette forlenget innmesk med ca 10 min til 30 min. sirkulering gikk fint resten av mesk med lav sirkuleringsrate. Mesk: 7gr. Calcium sulfat 3,5gr. Calcium Chloride Skyllevann: 10gr. Calcium sulfat 5gr. Calcium Chloride

Notes

Rebrew må nok ha mer malt siden utbyttet var høyt grunnet fin kverning.
