Taste Notes

1er brasse: gout excellent, aromatique ne dure pas. peut etre ajusté le dry hop. haut taux devaporation cela a donne 6,5% . carbonation a 2.4. manque de petillant, je vais essayer 2.5, pourrait augmenter un peu le houblonn au whirpool, gout pourrait etre plus intense
