10/31/15 - tasting - excellent - base porter recipe is great, don't change a thing! Renamed from Coconut Milk Stout to POOMA Porter 10/23/15: Pre-emptive reduction to 1.8 vols carb - was bottled first at 2.3 Lactose added at 10min in boil Plan to split batch 50/50 - half to have 1# rum-soaked toasted shredded coconut in secondary - half to have 1 bourbon-soaked vanilla bean in secondary
