Notes

Mashed in at 18:30 at 69C - dropped to 65C at 18:35 17 brix before sparge 12.5 brix pre boil. Had to top up 2.5 litres 1.062 brix post boil 25L post boil rummaged through the freezer and found 75g of falconers flight and 20g of US cascade, Added those to the keg as dryhops.
