Notes

Fresh Key Limes from Tressa Zested only no pith as on previous batches Ran short on coriander seed so had to add finely ground coriander. Cut back to 1 oz removed dried orange peel from recipie completely. Removed flour additive since oats add the proper haze. honey is Pirate Hat Apiary Florida Keys Wildflower local honey spring 2017 crop. Boil was a bit to "rolling" so lost some to evaporation but decided to not add water and allow a slightly higher abv.
