Taste Notes
Amazing, golden color, not bitter, very floral, juice likeNotes
Add 5 min hops to hop spider.
Cool to 180, add whirlpool hops. Swirl hop spider to mix up hops
After 20 mins, cool to 140, transfer to conical
Added first round of dry hops at 3-5 days
Second hops, add in keg or at day 10 in fermentation
Note: added all dry hops on day 4 as I was heading out of town
Mash at 155
