Notes

1st runnings 1076/18 pre boil 1052/13 og 1060/15 did hopstand of 20 min for flameout addition of hops, stirring every couple minutes. 6 gal post boil. lost .5 gal to hops and 1 gal to trub. put trub in rubbermaid container. trub settled out after couple days to about 6 cups trub/10cups beer sg 1022/5.5 after 1 week. about 1 inch of krausen still left. sample tastes phenomenal. 5/10 (10 days) down to 1010/2.5. krausen still has layer on top dry hop 5/13 keg 5/17. final grav 1.006/1.5
