Notes

2.5 tsp gypsum 1 tsp CaCL2 9 Gal total water Collected 7.2 gallons of wort Add whirlpool hops w/ 30 seconds left in boil. Whirlpooled for 5 minutes. Drop wort temp below 180. Hop stand for another 25 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
