Sparge temp was low. Probably in the 140 to 160 range. mashed a little longer, maybe 20 min longer. curt was wrong about everything..... we got volumes correct(at this point. pre boil). We are downloading top gear to watch. No Wine. little beer. we are sober.. all is lost. We are fucktards(jenny). Jenny is surprised that we maek such good beer with how much we fuck things up.
The ammount of wort in the SS pot was almost to the top. It looked too much, at this point we don't know.
The ammount of water in the kettle, is at the bottom of the top handle rivet.
Curt: SRM is a little high (shit is too dark, a really rich brown).
