Taste Notes

messed up hop schedule adding 10 minute boil at 15 minutes and then boiling for 20 minutes rather than 10 so first addition was 10 minutes over. gravity bang on though this tastes amazing, really malty with heaps of caremal and a really nice aftertaste. bitterness is balanced really well against the sweetness of the malt
