Taste Notes

After 10 days in bottle - fantastic IPA. Cascade and rye hit first with light peppery spice and then a big Citra hit. Very satisfied with this one. Can probably afford to simply the malt bill (no Vienna/Caraaroma) since the Rye complements Cascade well, might as well not introduce competing flavours.
