Not originally brewed on BeerSmith added later: - 6.5 gal at 161 to get to 151, 1:30hr mash time - 3.5 gal sparge for 20-min at 174. (not sure how much went to original mash, may have been 7.5gal) - 7.5-gal to boil 60-boil. HOP SPIDER USED 30-second whirlpool 5.25-5.5 to 6- gal fermenter 4/24 – 5-gal to corny for Bulk Aging 7/2 – 5-gal to keg for bulk 11/13 – Re-kegged (12.5)
