Taste Notes

Bonne et très belle mousse fine et persistante jusqu’à la fin du verre Amertume très peu perceptible disons 40 IBU et c’est généreux. La recette est faite avec un Nugget à 13% et supposé donner 73 IBU. N’ayant pas le degré exact, je le baisse dans la recette pour ce 40IBU et on obtient 6.5 % A.A.
