152 mash - grain and tun probably cooler than estimate mashed 35 minutes long - cloudy wort, wanted to give extra time to convert. added 1 gallon os sparge volume to mash after the first 45 minutes to warm back up after vorlauf. 2.95 of 1.061 5.2 of 1.010 1.033 OG 1.038 R, 1.040 H
