Pre boil gravity measured in at 1.021 (.10 under estimation)
Post boil gravity 10.21
4/24 Diced up one entire pineapple and blended it. I strained into a collander and into a measureing cup. After boiling it to 155f cooling and restaraining through a collander and mesh bag I ended up with just over two cups of fresh juice.
4/25 Final Gravity 1.004 bottled 23 12oz bottles
