Notes

Mäskad in med 14 liter 80 gradigt vatten spädde med 1 liter 12 gradigt så att mäsktempen blev 66 grader. Ph 5,2 efter 7ml mjölksyra och 2 g bikarbonat. 5 ml kalciumklorid i mäskvattnet. Mäsktemp efter 90 min 61 grader. Lakade med 13,5 liter 78 gradigt vatten + 1,5 liter kokande temp i mäsken 69 grader..OG 1045 26 liter kokar i 3 kastruller 15.15 börjar småkastrullerna koka ca 5 liter i de. 1060 efter kok 18 liter
