11/1/2015 1/4 lb rice hulls at start, 1st runnings slow and getting stuck. After adding batch sparge water, totally stuck. Dumped all out, cleaned false bottom, added back in and then did 2nd runnings. PH 5.41 Mash 152-148 11/8/2015 Transferred to 2nd 1 oz of Falconers Flight Hops 11/12/2015 Replaced 1 oz of Falconers Flight Hops
