Taste Notes

Awesome. Simple. Clean. Nice amount of clove, you really have to hunt to find any banana. Definitely my house Wheat from here on out. Just grain on the front end, and clove on the back end. No tricks here.

Notes

Version 1 11 lbs of grist total: 5 lbs US 2-row, 1 lb UK 2-row, 5 lbs Wheat Mashed at 150 for 1 hour. Fermented 12 days in Primary at ~64-65. Racked to keg, cold conditioned 5 days.
