7/14/16 brewday, mashed real high 153.5 (+3.5) rolled with it, also overfilled the tun a bit, lid closed 9:50 pH 5.26 extended oil, forgot the 60 minute, ended up adding .75 oz to the fifteen and making it a half hour. gravity was around 1.065 (hydrometer got knocked over) around 32 grams of s-04 not rehydrated. Kegged 8/9/16, FG 1.019 ABV 6.1
