Notes

6/27/16 - Moved carboy into a big blue plastic bucket, surrounded it with blankets, attached temp sensor to carboy with bubble wrap shield. Hooked up the temp controller to the heat lamp and pointed it toward an opening to try and raise the temp of the wort as the yeast has stalled due to low temp. Set temp to 75F
