Notes

Smooth brew day. Took wort awhile to cool down. I topped off with distilled water which was near freezing. Put primary into swamp bucket which was in mid 60s per Noah Bissell's instructions. Didn't have time to cold crash starter, pitched 0.5g starter with starter wort, shooting for 200B plus cells.
