Notes

First Lager brew for the Happy Dance Brewery. Modified from Michael Bowe's 1st place at the Mayfaire (1996) in Bock Catagory. Planning on iceing 1/2 of this Bock and bottling in 12oz bottles. Made 1 qt yeast starter. Added 1/2 gallon of boiling water 10 minutes before end of boil. Because of the long boil add back .8 gals of liquor during boil.
