Notes

- lautering with water straight from tap - Yeast harvested and washed from funky blonde in fermtnor (Brett Lambicus, Beglian Sour Mix, Roselare - the Belgian Sour and the Roselare were very old when put in funky blonde) -Strike 165, mash temp 155 - 45 min mash, 45 min lauter -og: 1.056 Yield to fermentor: 15 gal 6/15/16: 1.022 (regular ipa was 1.026) 6/15/16: added 8.5 ounces El dorado (regular ipa got 8 ounces) 6/16/16: 1.018 (regular ipa was 1.022) 6/28/16: kegged regular ipa 1.013 4 oz of Galaxy added to each keg
