7/14/16 - Plan to brew this for my main Fall beer… 9/29/17 - Never brewed it. 10/8/17 - Brewed it today! 10/15/17 - Racked into secondary on top of ~5lb of sweet potatoes (oven 350 for 1 hr with brown sugar) Notes - 6lb chunked pumpkin on sheet in oven sprinkled with brown sugar at 350 for 1hr, peeled before baking, add with other grains in muslin bag and steep at 155-160 in 4gallons of water in primary brew pot - Steeping went on for 1 hr
