Notes

Brewing strong for style to reach ~15 gal total.. Splitting into 3 x 4-4.5 gal batches. Add 1 gal of boiled water to each carboy afterwards. 2/3 going to lager at 50F with Octoberfest Blend. 1/3 going to ale at room temp with European Ale yest.
