Pre-brew day notes
* Dough-in with 3 G
* Two rounds batch sparge, 3 gallons then 2.5 gallons
----
First runnings: ~1.8 G @ 1.085
Not many notes from brew day; Chris was over. I hit all my numbers, pretty much. O.G. of 1.052 or so
[2014/08/31 5:00 PM] After a long day of trying to fix a clog in my sink, I pitched yeast after aerating. Wort was ~50 F
[2014/09/02 8:00 PM] Fermentation is humming along with a nice little kreusen at about 50 F.
[2014/09/04 8:00 AM] Nothing to see here. Fermentation still at 50 F on carboy. I raised the temp controller a degree or so. I was thining of letting it warm up
[2014/09/07 5:00 PM] Gravity is in the 1.025-ish range. Probably another 3-4 days should get this one down to terminal.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
