This is a Christmas beer, which makes most of us moan thinking over spiced shit. This beer does NOT suck though, brew it and you will be rewarded!

Great Christmas Beer

We took this recipe, converted this recipe into Partial-mash, changed out the yeast (SF Lager yeast) and added the orange peel in the 2ndary. This beer is a fantastic Christmas beer! We bottled up some to save for this year!! Oh, and we called it California Common Christmas Ale.
